Payment, Refund and Cancellation Policy
All safari and travel-related bookings are processed only after confirmation through a phone call with our team.
Payments may be required partially or fully in advance depending on the type of booking (e.g., safari permits, accommodations).
Safari permits issued by the forest department are non-transferable and require full advance payment.
Once payment is made, we will share booking details with you through your preferred communication method (WhatsApp/SMS/Call).
CANCELLATION POLICY
Safari bookings made through Corbett Tiger Reserve’s official system cannot be cancelled or modified as per government rules.
Accommodation or package cancellations (if applicable) follow the cancellation policy of the respective resort/hotel.
For any service where cancellation is allowed, you must inform us strictly through a phone call.
REFUND POLICY
Safari bookings are strictly non-refundable, as per the rules of Corbett Tiger Reserve.
Refunds for accommodation or other services depend entirely on the policy of the service provider involved.
In cases where a refund is applicable, the amount will be processed through the same mode of payment used during booking.
